First Glimpse: Marks and Spencer Skin Care Products and Barever Hair Inhibitor
Hi Everyone,
Last weekend I added a couple of new skin care products to my stash. I am quite impressed with marks and spencer’s skin care and bath & body range. They offer a good variety of products for every skin care category. Unlike other brands, M&S do not test their products on animals. All their products have the leaping bunny logo, which means that the products and their ingredients comply with Cruelty Free International’s strict no-animal-testing criteria. With so much cruelty going on animals by cosmetic/dermatology companies I feel by sticking to brands that do not do animal testing I am at least doing a bit in saving these innocent animals.
The second brand I have been introduced to lately is Barever. They have come up with a natural formula that allegedly inhibits unwanted hair growth thereby providing soft and smooth skin. Let’s have a look at all these products.
Marks and Spencer Cocoa Butter hand and body lotion: My current body lotion is about to bid adieu so I have already stocked a new one ;-). M&S cocoa butter hand & body lotion has a cute and hygienic pump packaging. I like the pump bottles as they are more manageable and easy to use. The other benefit of a pump bottle is that you can always re-use it once it gets empty. Usually, I refill them with oils or hand-washes. Anyhow, this hand & body lotion is enriched with extracts of rich cocoa butter and vanilla that leaves skin soft and delicately scented. Price: INR 399
Marks and Spencer Pampering Cocoa Butter Shower Gel: This shower gel is enriched with extracts of cocoa butter and vanilla. It comes in a cute flip open tube packaging. It has a pleasant fragrance and creamy texture. I have this feeling that as it contains cocoa butter it would be a good fit for upcoming winters. I am looking forward to use it. :dancydancy: Price: INR 249
Marks and Spencer Royal Jelly & Pure Honey Foot Necessities Softening Foot Balm: I picked up this product because of its luxurious and classy packaging :nailfile: . The intense hydrating foot balm has been specially formulated with the natural softening properties of royal jelly, lanolin and cocoa butter, and claims to leave feet feeling freshly fragrant and beautifully smooth. I have already started using this foot balm, and will share the reviews with you soon. Price: INR 399
Barever Natural Hair Inhibitor: Who does not want to get rid of that monthly tiresome hair removal process at a bearable cost! Waxing, threading and bleaching are messy hair removal processes that have to be adhered to in order to get smooth hair-free skin. Laser treatment is less chaotic and gives somewhat long term results but it is quite expensive too. The good news is that recently I have been introduced to Barever natural hair inhibitor that claims to provide:
- Permanent hair growth reduction.
- Minimize need for hair removal.
- Smoother skin for longer duration.
As per the product’s instruction manual all one needs to do is take enough quantity of the product and gently massage on the area until it penetrates into the skin. This has to be done twice daily for 5 days after every hair removal session. The cherry on top is that this product claims to be safe for sensitive areas such as bikini line, underarms and facial hair. The ingredient list consists of fewer chemicals and more natural components. As it sounds, I am excited to use this product as it may eliminate the need of monthly hair removal processes. However, I will be able to share my feedback only once I start using this product, and that would take a couple of months. This product seems useful for lots of girls so I will get back on this with a comprehensive list of pros and cons. Price: INR 1100. You may read its review here. You may get it from Barever Natural Hair Inhibitor from Flipkart.com.

Hey it’s been about 4 months to the post, is Barever any good? Is it permanent hair removal? Any side effects?
Hi Preeti,
I did not witness any side effects yet it does not provide permanent hair removal. Hair does come back with a minute difference in hair growth. You can check the detailed review here: https://www.brideeveryday.com/barever-natural-hair-inhibitor-restricts-hair-growth
