Garnier Pure Active Neem Tulsi High Foaming Face Wash Review
Hi Everyone,
With summer vacations going on hope you are having fun time. I wish I too were working with such an organization that pampers its employees with yearly treats as summer vacation. But my job has different privileges that I enjoy all year round such as flexible timings and need-basis vacation plan. I am satisfied with these rights as they allow me to manage my time for what I love doing ;-)Any way, in today’s post I am sharing my views on Garnier pure active high foaming face wash, which has been specifically formulated to cater to the needs of oily skin people.
My Skin Type: Oily to combination
My Take on ‘Garnier Pure Active Neem Tulsi High Foaming Face Wash’
Garnier high foaming face wash comes in transparent flip open bottle. The light weight and shape of the bottle make it apt for travelling. You can adjust it anywhere in your handbag without worrying about the weight and space it occupies. This green color bottle is spill-proof, so even if you place it upside down you won’t worry about spillage. Plus, the transparency of the bottle permits you to keep a check on the quantity left so that you do not have to combat a break in face-cleansing routine. Overall, the packaging is simple but impressive.
The face wash is light green in color with mild tulsi & neem fragrance. The runny consistency pose problem every time I have to pour it on my palm. Usually, I end up taking more product than actually required; though I know putting it back into the bottle is unhygienic yet I am left with no other option as excess usage makes my face dry.
For the application part, just tiny, pea size quantity is required for every use. As said, I pour it on wet palm, rub them together and apply the lather on my wet face. It generates abundant lather in that quantity. Because I am a foam loving person, so I get satiated after using this face wash. The only con is it makes my skin feel slightly stretched for initial couple of minutes. Hence, I have to back up the cleansing with toner and moisturizer, else my face looks flaky.
For performance, it thoroughly removes all external impurities, which is validated by clean toner swab that I rub on my face after cleansing. But as far as pimples and oil control are concerned, I have not noticed any major relief on those fronts. I am using this face wash for over two weeks now, but still my skin breakouts and my T zone shines. Even if I prolong the use I am not sure it would provide much relief along those lines.
