Today I will be sharing my opinion on Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer. Jergens has a wide range of daily moisturizers for different skin types and skin problems. I have normal skin type but still I have chosen this extra dry skin moisturizer to combat the harsh dryness of winters. The description and claims of ‘Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer’ sounds quite promising.

My Take on Jergens Ultra Healing Moisturizer
Jergens ultra healing extra dry skin moisturizer is made with vitamins C, E and B5. It comes in a pumping bottle, which is available in four different sizes. The moisturizer texture is smooth, non-sticky and white in color. On application it quickly penetrates into the skin and provides long time (8-9 hours) relief from dryness. As the moisturizer is made for extra dry skin so I find it good to use in winters. Unlike other winter moisturizers, Jergens ultra healing moisturizer has a soft texture that does not make my skin feel sticky and irritating. Also, the mild fragrance of this moisturizer stays on for 15-20 minutes and fades out after that. This might be a positive for those who do not like fragrant moisturizers.

The only negative I found in this moisturizer is that the ingredients list contains alcohol, methylparaben and propylparaben. Usually, paraben is not found to be a skin friendly composite but still gets used in many skin care and beauty products. It is believed that paraben might cause per -mature skin aging when comes in contact with UV rays.

Other than this, Jergens Ultra Healing Moisturizer works well in providing extra moisture and heals dry skin specially heels, elbows and knees. These are the areas that need more care in cold so I like this moisturizer to treat the dry and dull skin in winter season.

I love this Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion. its very effective, makes my skin soft i never had dry skin anymore since I’m using this Jergens Ultra healing.. i will never use any kind of lotion if its not Jergens ultra healing…. i love this Lotion

Does it have expiry date printed on it?
Yes Vincent, it does have an expiry date printed on it and it gets expired after 30 months of manufacturing date !

Can this product help give me an even tone without nesesarily bleaching my skin?
Where is the expiration date? I do not see it at all. I have the 32 FL OZ Orignal Scent.
