Kose Embarks Indian Skin Care Market With New Brand SPAWAKE

Hope you had a rocking weekend. For the pleasant weather, I would have loved to go for the open market shopping at LN but got so occupied in other tasks that made just wiped of this thought of my mind. Nonetheless, I had a wonderful start of the weekend with my first ever Indiblogger meet. The meet was to promote the launch of a new skin care brand SPAWAKE in Indian market. What would have been a better audience than an enthusiastic flock of beauty bloggers!
As it was my first Indiblogger meet so I was all charged up to be a part of it. The evening started with some networking activities, and then moved further to knowledge-enhancing presentations by the Kosé team. I could not get much of the R&D slides, but if a biotech student was in the audience he/she would have been able to grasp it all. The event became starrier when Ms. Aditi Rao Hyadri took a celebrity entry, followed by an invigorating performance by a group of professional dancers. It was indeed a not-to-be missed occasion, and I am glad that I was a part of it. I would like to convey my gratitude to the Indiblogger team for putting up a well-organized show right from the beginning till the end. Now, after the heartfelt thank-you note let me make you familiar with this brand, which, these days, you would be often seeing on e-market places and actual store’s shelves.
Kosé corporation, a well-known name in Japan was founded in 1946, has launched its first ever skin care brand in India- SPAWAKE. As of now, the company is targeting to hit fairness product’s market. The product list includes:
SPAWAKE moisturizing fairness cream for day
SPAWAKE moisturizing fairness cream for night
SPAWAKE moisturizing face wash
SPAWAKE moisturizing cold cream
SPAWAKE moisturizing deep purity mask
SPAWAKE whitening scrub face wash
SPAWAKE whitening fairness gel cream
All these products are formulated with deep sea minerals such as Laminaria Japonica Extract and Maris Sal. These ingredients are supposedly believed to make the skin supple and white after consistent usage. As per Ms Aditi Rao Hyadiri, SPAWAKE products feel light on the skin and make it soft & smooth, unlike the heavy moisturizers already available in Indian market. With her being the brand ambassador of SPAWAKE, the efficacy of these products seemed more credible as her flawless skin is a vindication of the same. These products are manufactured in India using the R&D of Japanese team. As far as the pricing is concerned the brand has tried to make the entire range accessible to the masses. The highest price of any product is INR 249, though smaller sizes are also available at INR 129. Hence, in case you do not want to invest in full size products, you can go for the trial version in 50% lesser investment. For the efficacy, SPAWAKE has distributed some samples of these products, which are yet to be put under testing. Expectantly, you will be able to see the internet swamped with these products’ reviews in a month or two.
Coming back to the event, in addition to the presentations by the Kosé team, the enthralling dance performance, we were also served gourmet dinner. I could not eat much because of short of time but still managed to click some photographs. You may have a look at some of the desserts that I found mouth-watering but could not eat them even as they were not eggless.
