L’Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner Silver Review Swatches

This is my third review of ‘L’Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner’. These eyeliners are available in 10 gorgeous shades, and I have reviewed pure purple and gold shades before. Today it’s the silver shade, and to tell the least I completely love the silky texture and formula of these eye beauties. Let’s go through my third review now.

My take on ’L’Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner Silver’

It comes attached to a cardboard similar to how kajals are usually packed. The eyeliner pencil is silver in color with a transparent cap. Though the outer color of the pencil is not much appealing but when I saw the color of the tip through the white cap I felt excited to use it on my eyelids. The hard paper on which the eyeliner is attached contains product description, ingredient list and other useful details.

The texture of L’Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner is super smooth and it effortlessly glides on to the eyelids. It has a creamy feel to it but as it sets so quickly there is no chance of blending or softening out the lines. It can be used as pigmented eyeliner but if you are looking to use it for a Smokey look then you need to give it a second thought.

It has incredible pigmentation. In just one swipe it gives an almost opaque look. I do not need it swipe it to and fro to cover the skin peeping from below. I am happy that in just few second it gives such an excellent pigmentation. It’s power is another amazing thing, though the brand claims 16H staying but the longest I have worn it is for 9 hours and believe me, it did stay put for that long stretch without moving a bit. It does not even smudge unless you have this gruesome habit of rubbing the eyes every few minutes. It is kind to the eyes and does not make them watery. I have this bad experience with few pencil eyeliners that used to feel poky and thus made the eyes water. But fortunately, I do not experience any such problem while using the infallible silkissime eyeliner.

Since it has long staying power and ability to stay in place without moving so it is difficult to remove as well. A simple washing will not help in taking it off the eyelids, what is required to remove this invincible eyeliner is a good makeup remover or cleansing oil. Once I apply either of them, the removal becomes a cake walk. And, yes it does not leave any stain or residue behind. The next morning my eyes look ready for yet another makeup look.

Final Word: To sum up, I love L’Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner. Its beautiful shade, excellent pigmentation and silky smooth texture make it easy to use and give a pro look. As it sets quickly and gives an opaque look in one swipe it does not need much time for the application. In my opinion it is the best drugstore eyeliner available considering its amazing qualities and the price. If you are looking for silver eyeliner you should surely give this a try.
