Hi Everyone,
You must be aware that couple of months back L’Oreal Paris has launched a new exclusive range for those who are in their twenties, thirties and forties. We have already published the review of L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect Anti Imperfection Whitening Cream that is specifically formulated for those who are in 20’s – the prime youth phase. Now, after testing the anti-fine lines and whitening cream for over a month, I think it is time to pass the verdict. Read on to know my experience with the most sought after cream from L’Oreal Paris’s skin perfect range.
My Skin Type: Combination to oily, acne prone.
My Take on ‘L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect Anti Fine Lines and Whitening Cream Age 30+’
Like skin perfect 20+ cream, the 30+ cream also comes in a very similar packaging. It is just that the text and font color are different. L’Oreal Paris skin perfect 30+ cream comes in glass tub that is opaque and round in shape. The off-white color makes it tedious to keep a watch on the plummeting contents of the tub. Unlike L’Oreal Paris youth code creams, the skin perfect creams are lighter in weight so I find them more convenient to carry in handbag while on a travelling tour. Plus, the contents of the tub are protected by another lid to protect them from spilling, so be carefree when you are on the run.
The cream is actually ‘cream’ in color, and its fragrance reminds me of fruit flavored ice creams. Though I love nibbling on high-rise fruity cones, yet somehow I despise that fragrance in this cream. Those who have sensitive noses might find this as a con.
L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfect Anti Fine Lines Cream has semi-thick texture, which makes it easier to apply on whole face and neck areas without dripping or working too hard in letting it go into the skin. Just dot it all over the face and gently spread it upwards. For the texture, it is quite workable; you can also massage it in circular motions with finger tips.
It contains SPF 21 that protects the skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Moreover, I do not need to apply another SPF layer over this as I used to with L’Oreal youth code because it did not have any SPF. This actually saves ample time as earlier I needed to wait for a couple of minutes before applying the sun protection.
Talking about efficacy, this cream requires some time to get absorbed into the skin. If you keep rubbing it, it will leave white cast which looks very shabby. So the trick is to spread it and stop. In case you still see some whiteness then, after half an hour of application, take it off using a damp cloth. The moisture and hydrating outcomes are good for oily skin but if you have normal to dry skin you may feel it over-drying.
Besides, the pro collagen and vitamin 3x complex (which are main components of the cream) are believed to work well on first signs of ageing. With consistent usage, it starts showing results while diminishing fine lines and evening-out skin tone. But if you are suffering from deep wrinkles or crow’s feet you may want to try the 40+ cream.

Great that it is effective on early sign of aging , though the white cast is a little disappointment :) nice review..
Yes white cast is a problem, but that surpasses after a couple of hours !
I was planning to get it, but after your review i have second thoughts. I think it would dry out my skin :(
