Loreal Volume Million Lashes Extra Black Mascara comes in a thick cylindrical tube with a golden cap that contains the wand and brush. This is a spill-proof cap that closes with a tick sound. The tick ensures that the Mascara is closed properly hence saves it from pre-mature drying. The Mascara brush contains an extra wiper that ensures fine application without leaving any visible residual particles on the lashes. The brush is easy to use; even one coat of the Mascara gives the lashes a noticeable fine voluminous definition. If going for a night party then applying two coats provides an un-beatable visibility. The application does not make the eye lids feel heavy or clumsy, instead the lashes feel feather light and comfortable in wearing mascara for long hours.
Loreal Volume Million Lashes Mascara is not water proof, that being said if water is sprinkled on face then black residue will start running down the cheeks. So you cannot wear this mascara if you know that you are going to drench in rain or involve in some water activity. The moment your makeup will come in contact with water the mascara will be all on your cheeks. The advantage of not being a water proof mascara is that it becomes easy to remove and wipe off.
Overall, I am satisfied with this product as I love the way it adds volume and length to the lashes, finely define them, and above all the easiness with which it can be worn for long hours.
