Hope you all are enjoying chilly winters! I have stayed at home so far and not went out for even shopping in this End of season sale marathon. Sigh!! It is a relief when you know you can freely wear water proof make up, as removing this makeup does not seem terrorized anymore. This is an oil based makeup remover that comes in a spill-proof plastic packaging. I would say the packaging is not only compact but smart as well. By the look of the bottle it seems that the solution is little tinted but that is not the case. It has a bi-phase formula and contains fast dissolving agents: Decyl glucoside and hexylene glycol. The formula effectively breaks all types of stubborn and long lasting makeup without causing any itching or stinging sensation. I even use it remove all the makeup that is near waterline, and it does not make the eyes watery.

Just a few drops of the solution are more than enough to remove stubborn waterproof makeup. I put couple of drops on cotton ball and gently rub it on eyes and lips.
