Hi Everyone,
These days I am obsessed with ‘Oriflame The One Colour Unlimited Lipsticks’, which have been launched in 8 stunning shades. Today, I will put forth my review on Unlimited Pink and Fuchsia Excess. I have been wearing these little cuties for quite some time now and already obsessed with them. Well I have reasons to justify my obsession, read on to know them.
My Take on ‘Oriflame The One Colour Unlimited Lipsticks – Fuchsia Excess, Pink Unlimited’
Oriflame the one colour unlimited lipsticks come in sleek long packaging. The casing is black in colour, and has brand name printed on top in mauve(ish) grey colour. I like this colour combination as it gives the entire lipstick an elegant look.
The shade name is only mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick casing. There is no naming on the paper box. If you are an organizer like me then you would find this ‘no-naming’ thing little bothersome. I keep all my lipsticks in their original packaging- that means if they have a second layer of paper-box packaging they remain in them until the paper gets torn :yahoo: . I know its tedious to organize stuff till this level but I am used to it. ;-) Nevermind, there is no colour coding on paper boxes and lipsticks, that being said you will not get to know the original shade of the lipstick till you un-cap it.
Pink unlimited lipstick is a daily wearable shade the kind which I can easily wear to office. It gives me a soft and warm look, and I can pair it up with almost every outfit. Fuchsia Excess is a bright pink shade with blue undertone. The vibrancy of this colour brightens up complexion and gives a cheerful look. This is the kind of shade that would suit every skin tone but for the vibrancy I am not comfortable in carrying it to office. I have kept it reserved for OOO (out of office) routine.
Both these lipsticks are formulated to keep the lips moisturized for long hours. Even in this chilling weather I do not find them drying my lips. In fact, I like to wear them all day long as they keep my lips hydrated and soft. Their staying power is amazing; Oriflame says that these lipsticks are powered to stay for 10 hours at a stretch. If not 10 hours they definitely stay for 6-7 hours. Even when these two shades fade they do so evenly. I like the after staining effect they bring on my lips. It makes my lips look natural pink so I always avoid going for touch ups with these two shades. You can see my FOTD wearing Fuchsia Excess in this OOTD post.
Regarding bleeding, I do not see them bleed at all. The first few hours of application are perfecto, with time the perfect look start wearing out but it does not go beyond the ‘acceptable-look’ point. Both the shades do not accentuate fine lines or settle in them. Rather fuchsia excess can be used on pigmented lips for that ideal even look.
The non-sticky texture of ‘Oriflame the one colour unlimited lipsticks’ is another plus point. In this season when lips get dry, chapped and you feel irritated applying any lip colour on them, these lipsticks are exactly the opposite. They feel so light and trouble-free that you will be prompted to wear them again and again.

Final Word: The more I use Oriflame the one colour unlimited lipsticks in shade fuchsia excess and pink unlimited, I get more obsessed with them. Formulated with oils and butters, these lipsticks provide long-lasting moisture. Their lightweight and non-sticky texture makes them super comfortable to wear all day long. Plus, the long staying power of these lipsticks erases the necessity of touch ups. I am absolutely in love with these creations, and would definitely recommend them.
