Outfit Of The Day: Ankle length Anarkali Suit With High Heels
Hi Girlies,
I am having an awesome time back at home. I have taken a couple of days off for a family function, and I am making the best use of this vacation. It is a couple of days of function so you will be seeing some more OOTD posts shortly. The main disadvantage of family functions is that you never get enough time for makeup, forget about getting the photographs clicked. There is always one or another relative visiting your home so you are always engaged in hospitality and seldom get any time for those patient brush strokes.
Nevertheless, for day 1 I managed to put on some makeup as there was less rush of house-guests. Though things did not turn up as I actually wanted them to be yet I am kind of satisfied with the outcome. The anarkali suit that I had already chosen for the event had some vibrant colors. The wide black border on the flare and cuff sleeves look elegant. I love the gold detailing and stone work done on the neck.Plus, the black velvet pattern on the border and the maroon velvety touch on neck line gives it an exquisite look. For the vibrant colors of the anarkali suit, I decided to keep the makeup toned down. I love decking up eyes so rarely make any compromise on that front ;-) . This time as well I adhered to black smoke(y) eyes, keeping the rest of the look to a bare minimal level.
For lipstick, I wore the Revlon colorburst never-ending nude shade as that was the most optimal shade in my lipstick collection for this tone-down look. For the contouring part I used L’oreal paris true match blush in shade honey and MAC all’s good blush. The only thing, which was in my mind but could not be done due to scarcity of time, was wearing false lashes. I have never worn them before so really wanted to give them a shot which unfortunately could not happen. I am keeping my fingers crossed to wear them on day 2. ;-) For that matter, I will keep you all posted in my next OOTD, which will be coming soon.
Anyhoo, what are your weekend plans? Do you also have any family commitments?

Women are very choosy. They will always prefer the Anarkali Salwar Kameez for a party or other occasion because it comes in various varieties at the right price.
